Processing Time

The ornaments on this site are available for shipping within 1-2 business days.

Shipping

My ornaments ship via USPS Domestic shipping. By default, your order will travel via First Class mail (3-5 business days). You have the option to upgrade your shipping during checkout to Priority (1-3 business days) or Priority Express (1-2 business days). All of my ornaments ship from my studio in upstate NY. 

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping won't be a concern when you order my ornaments - each one comes in a beautiful gift box, all tied up with a bow. No wrapping needed! They make perfectly quick gift options for your family and beyond - consider these for a teacher gift, the perfect hostess, and your coworker too! But even if it's just for yourself, you'll feel like you're opening a gift that you'll cherish each year.

Broken Ornaments during Shipping

I take great care in packaging every glass ornament that leaves my studio, and have carefully selected the most sturdy gift boxes. If, however, an ornament arrives broken, please do the following: take a photo of the broken ornament and of the shipping box damage, send them to me via email (phylogenyart@gmail.com). Depending on availability and timing to the holiday, I will either ship you a replacement ornament or issue a refund for your order. 

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please be sure to inspect your order upon arrival because beyond 14 days after your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To begin to process a return, please use my contact form or email me at phylogenyart@gmail.com to alert me to the issue. To be eligible for a return, you must send a photo of the item and a description of the problem. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Due to the nature of personalized products, I cannot offer returns on customized items.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at phylogenyart@gmail.com.
